Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
RedS3's current MU count is at ~148, which is similar to most other rare items (such as Wavy or Triple Fin), and even lower than some rare items (such as Guitar Riff which is at ~186), despite RedS3 being at uncommon.
